1. The News and my dog.
You may be thinking, “Hey! Dogs can’t read the news.” But you’d be wrong.
This dog has just been told that he won the lottery and is now worth $1 billion dollars. He doesn’t seem to care much, though—the way he smiles and tilts his head to one side really makes him look like a cartoon character (or maybe a person in a suit). Either way, he appears to be itching for some snuggles and playtime with his owner/partner-in-crime.
2. You are not the boss of me!
Dogs are not people, and that’s okay.
Dogs can be a lot of things to some people: pets, companions, or even family members. But the reality is that dogs are animals and should be treated as such. They have their own set of needs and desires, which sometimes conflict with ours as humans—and it’s important to keep this in mind when dealing with your dog.
It’s not uncommon for us to want our dogs to behave like children or even human beings at times (I mean look at this photo). This leads us down a dangerous path where we try to force them into those roles by giving them treats when they do what we want them to do or punishing them when they don’t act appropriately—and neither option works well!
3. Get off my lawn!
You’ve probably heard of the phrase “get off my lawn.” It’s commonly used to describe someone who is irritated with a younger person or group of people. The meaning is pretty straightforward: they want you to leave their home and property alone. This dog is doing exactly that, which makes him very funny. He has his own lawn, so he doesn’t want anyone else on it!
4. “You want to play fetch?”
Dogs aren’t just funny, they’re great companions. They’re playful, loyal and smart too! So why not get one of these 25 dogs? You won’t regret it!
- 4. “You want to play fetch?”
A dog’s love for food can be a powerful motivator when training them to do tricks or anticipate your needs—like fetching the newspaper on Sunday mornings.
5. “Fine! I’ll do it myself!”
“Fine! I’ll do it myself!”
This dog is fed up with his humans asking him to do things for them. He’s had enough, and now he’s going to do it himself!
6. “You know what? I can reach it, after all!”
You may have a dog who is smart and resourceful. You may also be surprised by what your dog can figure out for himself. Dogs can be stubborn, especially when they are young, so you shouldn’t underestimate them.
If you think of your dog as just a pet that needs to be fed and taken care of, then you need to stop thinking that way because dogs are actually family members and deserve all the love in the world!
7. That is so true!
Dogs are always happy to see you. They will lick your face, jump around and generally make a big fuss over you.
If you love dogs like me, then this is something that makes them so special. It’s like they know how much we miss them when we are away from home and want to be sure not only that we know they missed us but that they feel the same excitement as we do at seeing eachother again.
This dog looks like he is saying “I am so glad to see you!”
8. “I got this, Mom! Honest!”
When you’re a puppy and your parents have something new in their life, that can be incredibly exciting. When it comes to the vacuum cleaner, though, this little guy might be taking things too far. He wants to help his mom out but ends up getting himself in trouble instead!
He just wants to be helpful—and we know how much puppies love being helpful. But there are some things that even the most adorable dog can’t fix.
9. A Lazy Saturday Morning …
Dogs are lazy. They like to sleep in, lounge around, and be comfortable. Dogs also enjoy being warm and cool, or dirty if they prefer. They’ll take whatever kind of weather the day brings them and make the most out of it!
In this picture a dog is lying on a couch with his head resting on a pillow while he watches TV. It looks like he’s enjoying himself—and why shouldn’t he? The dog doesn’t have to work all day or go to school every morning. He can just chill out at home with his owner when they’re not at work or school either!
10. “Sooo…wanna go for a walk?”
Dogs love to go for walks, and it’s a great way to bond with your dog. It’s also a great way to exercise, and it gives you a chance to get out of the house—which is something dogs love even more than going on walks.
11. I hope you never get tired of that one, kid!
- 11. I hope you never get tired of that one, kid!
- 12. That was not as fun as it looked on my end.
12. Will someone please let him in?!
And you have to admit, he has a point. It’s warm in here!
13. “Squirrels?! Where?!” (Yes, he appears to have three tongues!)
You may have heard that your tongue is a muscle, but what does that mean? There are three types of muscles in your body: smooth (those that move your internal organs around), skeletal (the ones you can see, like the ones in your arms and legs), and cardiac (the ones found in the heart). Your tongue is made up of skeletal muscles, which means it’s attached to bones and can move around them. It’s also made up of fibers; these are long cells that attach to other fibers or bones and pull them as they contract or relax to create movement. Smooth and cardiac muscles don’t have these fibers; instead, they’re made up of shorter cells called myofibers. While smooth and cardiac muscles can only contract because their structures prevent their ability to expand during contraction—think about how hard it would be for someone on a couch who felt like getting off the couch if he couldn’t bend his knees—skeletal muscle fibers don’t have such limitations! This allows them to both contract and expand at will; this process happens when you eat something delicious or talk really loud while laughing with friends at dinner parties!
14. You know what they say about dogs who chase their tails… (Did you know the actual medical term for tail chasing is “Psychogenic Alopecia?”) No kidding.)
Some dogs have a tendency to chase their own tails, often for hours at a time. This behavior is commonly known as “tail chasing” or “spinning,” and it can be very frustrating for owners who want their pets to stop. You know what they say about dogs who chase their tails… (Did you know the actual medical term for tail chasing is “psychogenic alopecia?”) No kidding.)
However, if your dog has been spinning longer than usual, there could be an underlying issue that needs your attention. The truth is: the spinning might not actually be about catching his tail! It may be because some serious mental health issues are coming up in your dog’s life—and you don’t want him suffering from any more stress than he already does in a day-to-day basis! Psychogenic alopecia (PA) has also been called “obsessive compulsive disorder” by vets because it can lead into other problems like anxiety and depression if not treated properly.”
15. Please don’t tell me he was dressed like this when he was adopted ???!!!!!!
Adopted dogs often have a history of abuse, and they may be fearful or anxious.
It’s very important to consider how you’re going to care for your adopted dog if you’re planning on taking one in. Make sure that you’re ready to commit both time and resources towards the well-being of your pet!
16. How embarrassing! Did someone paint a handle on his butt? (He doesn’t seem to mind…)
- The dog’s handler painted a handle on his butt, so that he could be lifted up and carried around by one person.
- This is a very effective way to get the dog wherever you want him to go! It’s also great for making people laugh, as it puts a smile on everyone’s face when they see this adorable pup rolling along like this.
- Did someone paint a handle on his butt? He doesn’t seem to mind at all!
