RollPet is a small independent site, and email is the way to get hold of us. Whether a calculator gave you a number that looks off, you hit a bug, or you have an idea for a tool we should build, we read everything that lands in the inbox.

What to include
A little context helps us act on your message. If you are reporting a problem, tell us which tool — for example the Pet Calorie Calculator or the Pet Food Calculator— the values you entered, and the browser or device you were using. If you are suggesting a tool or a fix to an article, a sentence or two on what you had in mind is plenty.
A couple of honest notes
We are a small operation, so we can’t promise a fixed turnaround, but every message is read and genuine bug reports and suggestions get priority. One thing we can’t do by email is give veterinary, medical, or emergency advice about your own pet — our tools are educational estimates, and for a health concern the right person to ask is your veterinarian.
